This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for the 5-day integrated training & internship program offered by the Federation of Aerospace Engineers and Robotics Innovations (FAERI). Program fee: ₹7,500/-.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards the FAERI integrated training & internship program are strictly non-refundable. Once a registration fee is paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal reasons after registration.
- Inability to attend the program on the scheduled dates.
- Partial attendance or early departure from the program.
- No-show on the day of the program.
- Dissatisfaction with the program content or delivery.
By completing the registration and making the payment, participants acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in its entirety.
2. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may cancel their registration at any time by contacting FAERI. However, please note:
- No refund will be issued regardless of when the cancellation is requested.
- No-show, partial attendance, or early departure does not entitle a participant to any refund.
- Registration is non-transferable to another person.
3. Cancellation by FAERI
A refund is applicable only if FAERI cancels the training program. In such an event:
- Registered participants will receive a full 100% refund of the program fee paid.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- FAERI will notify all registered participants as early as possible via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- FAERI shall not be liable for any incidental expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred by participants due to program cancellation.
This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be issued.
4. Payment Terms
Please review the following before completing your registration payment:
- The program fee of ₹7,500/- is to be paid in full at the time of registration.
- All payments are final and non-refundable upon successful transaction.
- Payment gateway processing fees or transaction charges, if any, are borne by the participant and are non-refundable.
- FAERI is not responsible for failed transactions due to banking or network issues. Participants should retry or contact their bank.
- In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification within 7-10 business days.
