Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for any program offered by the Federation of Aerospace Engineers and Robotics Innovations (FAERI). By registering, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.newindiainnovations.com or registering for any FAERI program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or register for our programs.
If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your participation.
2. Program Registration
Registration for the 5-day integrated training & internship program is subject to the following conditions:
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the program fee and receipt of a confirmation email or message from FAERI.
- FAERI reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
- Each program batch is strictly limited to 50 participants. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Once a batch reaches 50 registrations, subsequent applicants (starting from the 51st) will be automatically placed in the next available batch (Batch 2: seats 51–100, Batch 3: seats 101–150, and so on).
- Applicants placed in a subsequent batch will be notified of their batch number and scheduled program dates via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Registration does not guarantee a seat in a specific batch until confirmed by FAERI.
- Participants must meet any eligibility criteria specified for the particular program batch or location.
3. Program Fee
The fee for the 5-day integrated training & internship program is ₹7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) per participant. This fee covers:
- All training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities across the 5-day program.
- Training materials, kits, and resources provided during the program.
- Certificates of completion, internship certificates, and Letters of Recommendation (as applicable).
- Access to FAERI's digital resources and post-program support.
The fee does not include travel, accommodation, or personal expenses. FAERI may offer scholarship or discount provisions at its discretion, which will be communicated separately.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be completed through the official payment channels specified on our website or communicated by FAERI representatives.
- All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
- Payment receipts will be issued via email upon successful transaction.
- FAERI is not responsible for any transaction failures, bank charges, or fees imposed by your payment provider.
- In the event of payment disputes, participants must contact FAERI within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Program Schedule & Attendance
- The program schedule, including batch number, dates, timings, and venue details, will be communicated to registered participants via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Each batch accommodates a maximum of 50 participants. If a batch is full, participants will be assigned to the next scheduled batch and notified accordingly.
- FAERI reserves the right to modify the program schedule, venue, or content due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice to participants.
- Participants are expected to attend all 5 days of the program. Certificates will be issued only upon satisfactory attendance and participation.
- FAERI is not responsible for any losses incurred due to schedule changes resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.).
- Programs are conducted at various locations across Kerala, India. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the venue.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, curriculum, presentations, and resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of FAERI.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any program materials without prior written consent from FAERI.
- Photographs, videos, and media captured during the program may be used by FAERI for promotional and educational purposes.
- The FAERI name, logo, and branding elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
- Projects created during the program using FAERI-provided materials and guidance may be showcased by FAERI with due credit to participants.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- FAERI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the program.
- FAERI's total liability shall not exceed the program fee paid by the participant.
- FAERI is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the program, except where caused by FAERI's proven negligence.
- Participants engage in hands-on activities (drone flying, robotics assembly, etc.) at their own risk, and are advised to follow all safety instructions provided by trainers.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the program:
- Treat fellow participants, trainers, and FAERI staff with courtesy and respect.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during hands-on sessions.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Handle all equipment, tools, and materials provided during the program with care.
- Any participant found violating the code of conduct may be removed from the program without a refund, at FAERI's sole discretion.
9. Amendments
FAERI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of participants to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of our website or participation in our programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
